STORY:
Inspector Teal asks Simon for help: Wealthy and ruthless Bernhard Raxel plans a crime unheard of. He intends to rob print plates and paper for banknotes from the treasury department! Therefore he gathers several criminals for this operation. One of them is the American safecracker Carl Munster. The police intercepts Munster at the airport and Templar pretends to be him. But one of Raxel's men is sceptical - and Raxel invites Munster's friend Gloria...
